I ran the Richard Burton 10k on the weekend. There were almost 2,000 runners this year and organisers had set a new challenging course. As always there was a fantastic community spirit in Cwmavon and it was great to have much needed support from Helle. I finished in a respectable time of 54 minutes and 44 seconds. Well done to all those that took part and to the organisers for another fantastic event.
