There was standing room only at the Unison arranged STOPS campaign Q&A with staff from Neath Port Talbot Council. The Council has faced years of slashed budgets and staff were able to tell their elected representatives how this has impacted on them and the services they provide.

It is vital that the UK Government gives Wales a fair funding deal when the budget is announced in November and I have written to the Chancellor calling on him to provide a good settlement deal.
