The Prime Minister’s reshuffle saw the Minister for Prisons at the Ministry of Justice change. Sam Gyimah MP has been replaced by Rory Stewart OBE MP, and I have written to him urging him to get up to speed on the proposals for a prison in Port Talbot and urging a meeting.
