In the run-up to Christmas I visited the Port Talbot delivery office on Eagle Street to meet with local posties during their busiest time of year. They were working extremely hard to ensure we receive our cards, letters and parcels in time for Christmas.

After visiting the delivery office I joined Steve Dinham, the local postie covering Port Talbot, on his round. He, along with all other posties and Royal Mail staff, do an amazing job delivering the thousands of letters and parcels across the 32,452 residential properties in Port Talbot, six days a week, in all weather.

I was proud to join Steve on his round, experiencing the challenges he and other posties face, and to speak with him about these challenges.
